Was reading an awesome blog on the net . Coconut Chutney .. Maybe u guys should read it some day .. It is truly what u can say a LOL .. But ya reading it made me truly realize how sadly neglected my blog .. last post was when i left for US last august .. thats seems to be back in a zillion years in a life that i left behind that seems to be light years far away .. That i seem to visit frequently thank goodness .. ( even got that frequent flyer program membership.. meaning i am truly on the way to being that *** up NRI stuck between two continents unable to decide which world to belong to )
But ya this spring break seems to be the one thats has given me a flicker of the remnant of the life past . Locked up in the house watching marathons and marathons of the most idiotic seasons, no brainers of books by Krentz and Roberts ... a completely messed up sleeping cycle where i sleep while the world s awake .. Only that i dont have my mom to scream at me for being irresponsible ( Thats def a big +) but nor do i have her to take care of what next to cook for .. Seriously living here has opened my eyes to how horrid would have been the the tantrums i threw and makes me wonder how she even managed not to throttle a brat like me.. Hell man after eating the same sambhar for like 4 days continuously , freshly cooked meals are like an elixir ...
But then the plus side is when i think of the summer spent in bliss .. when u do get to be pampered truly ( especially when ur mom feels sorry for the poor kid who has been in the US all alone , and u can truly have dibs over the TV over ur sis for once )
